The vault is able to be extended in size as the business demands expand.
The vaults are removable (can be disassembled and moved to a new site) and so can be capitalised by owners and depreciated over say - 10 years. The extended cash-flow impact is appealing to Management.
The vaults present EXCELLENT security at a similar cost to existing vaults.
- The building and inconvenience time associated with standard poured Vaults is eliminated.
- Erection time of 3 days are typical for a 3M X 4M vault.
- The business (Bank ?) can operate while the vault is being erected - compare this to the current method that can take weeks and is such an impact on the business, that it must cease operations for the period. The premises then has to be totally refurbished at a large cost. Business disruption time & cost is minimal.
- Damage to foyers, cement trucks, pump trucks, dust & dirt etc. are all eliminated.
- The Vaults can be erected on upper floors of multi-level buildings due to their modularity, decreased floor loading weight, and their low impact on the existing furnishings and floors.

The Modular Vaults come in 4 protection levels:
The various sized panels of the vault are manufactured under strict quality control, allowed to cure and harden, and are transported to site and erected.
The panels are securely assembled together and fixed by a combination of bolt fixing and welding.
The Security / Fire door is installed with accessories such as lighting, A/C, seizmic detection, and alarms fitted and
the unit is painted to customer requirements.
The inside steel walls are ideal for erection of racking and shelves. Specified internal
fittings can be supplied to customer requirements.
Vaults up to 21.0 M X 8.0M have been supplied.
Multiple doors and emergency doors can be utilised for large vaults.
Internal racking systems are available.
The internal surface is steel - this is excellent for electronic devices such as seismic detectors to detect attacks.
Vaults can be extended at any time, and dismantled and re-erected at new sites.
The vaults can be supplied without a floor if the site already has a quality foundation floor.

Vault ventilator ports are designed to allow both communication and fresh air
to any employees trapped within a Vault or Strong room.
The ports have a central core which is held in place and secured with a heavy duty locking pin.
This core is removed from the inside in emergency situations.
Made of heavy steel and high strength concrete with drill breaking inclusions they present a super attack barrier.
The ports are manufactured for walls from 6" (150mm) to 24" (600mm) wall thicknesses.
Motorised (battery) and hand operated blowers available.
Both use periscope tubing to allow air circulation for trapped staff.
