The Room Safe is convenient to use for guests and easy to control for Hotel management, affords good security, is extremely reliable, and is supplied in powder coated. Installation can be arranged in all major cities or installation conducted by the Hotel maintenance department.

Pricing is extremely competitive with bulk rates applying.
Rent / Lease arrangements can be arranged to minimise initial cash flow impact.
The Room Safe can be left for free guest use, or a daily rental charged.

Features of the Room Safe

Totally Digital locking -
- - - -Gives ease of use for the Guest AND the Hotel management

- - - - Simple 4 digit PIN operation (unit can be ordered to operate on 6 digits if required)
Two opening codes - One for the Guest - One for the Hotel management.
Keypad rotates to lock and unlock the safe
Emergency opening procedure - again with NO keys.
2 year battery life (Unit can be opened if batteries fail)
Powder coated in Antique white
Predrilled fixing holes in back and base for DIY installation if required.
Unit shuts down for 5 minutes if tampered with
2mm steel body with heavy duty 4mm recessed steel door
No separate costly programmer is required to operate or open the safe.
Audit log of any Hotel management openings - if required

Operation -The Room Safe is designed specifically for Guest / Management Hotel usage
and operates with 2 separate code numbers -

1] Dynamic code - used by the room guest.

The new room guest enters a personal 4 digit code - twice, to confirm it. (Door must be open) This code is now active for the duration of the guest's stay, with the guest opening and closing the door using this dynamic code. The vacating guest leaves the door open (allowing a new code to be entered) - the new guest now follows the above procedure.

2] Hotel management / security (override) code number.

This code can be used to open the safe in an emergency. (or if the guest has forgotten their personal code, or the door has been left shut by the vacating guest) The management code can be changed by the Hotel's security people An optional software program operating on the Hotel's computer can log the Hotel management code and keep an audit trail ( date, time, security code & reason ) of any emergency opening.

Renting arrangements for room safes are catered for
- the Room Maid simply closes the door on a per-determined code
The guest cannot use the Room Safe until the door is opened by the Hotel staff.
